About Alex
Alexander is a corporate lawyer, startup adviser and board director specialising in startups, scaleups, M&A and venture capital transactions, and governance. As a Senior Lawyer at LUNA, he advises founders and high-growth businesses on capital raising, structuring, governance and strategic legal issues across the business lifecycle. Before joining LUNA, he practised at Allens, where he advised major Australian corporates on M&A, corporate governance and ESG matters. Alexander holds a Master of Law and Finance from the University of Oxford and a First Class Honours degrees in both law and design. He is also Chair of Minus18 Foundation and a board member of Southside Justice.
