About Felix
With his John Monash Scholarship Felix completed a Master of Public Policy at Oxford. He has a Bachelor of Arts with Honours from The University of Sydney and is a University Medallist.Felix is currently Assistant Secretary, Social Policy Division at the Commonwealth Government Treasury and was a previous senior adviser to the Treasurer. Prior to that he was Assistant Secretary, School Funding at the Australian Government Department of Education.
