About Hugh
Hugh Utting is a Senior Manager at Homes England, the UK Government’s housing and regeneration agency, where he focuses on delivering homes across the country. Previously, he worked at GHD, a global multi-disciplinary engineering firm, contributing to urban planning, public policy, and infrastructure strategy projects across the UK, Middle East, and Australia.Hugh holds degrees from the University of Cambridge and the University of Melbourne. His ambition is to lead the development of smart, inclusive cities through public policy and the delivery of sustainable infrastructure.
