Lucas is a doctor from rural Queensland, dedicated to improving healthcare outcomes for underserved communities through digital innovation. With a Bachelor of Biomedical Science, a Master of Public Health, and a Doctor of Medicine from the University of Queensland, he will study at Oxford to strengthen his leadership and global perspective, advancing equitable healthcare for all Australians.
