Melissa-Ann is currently a Senior Associate at Advent International in New York where she advises on investments in the business & financial services sector. As the 2029 Roth/Segal John Monash Harvard Scholar she studies a Master of public Policy focusing on political and economic development. She was formerly an Associate at McKinsey & Company and previously worked at Bain Capital in their Sydney office as an MBA intern.
