
Minh-Quan is a barrister at the Victorian Bar, practising mainly in public law and commercial law. He is also a lecturer in constitutional law at the University of Melbourne. Previously, he was an associate to Chief Justice R S French AC and Justice M M Gordon AC of the High Court of Australia, the Counsel Assisting the Solicitor-General for Victoria, and a solicitor in commercial litigation.
Minh-Quan completed a Bachelor of Civil Law with Distinction at the University of Oxford as a John Monash Scholar, focusing on comparative public law, environmental law and constitutional theory. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts, Diploma in Languages and Juris Doctor from the University of Melbourne and was awarded the university medal for both arts and law.
