Rob Lean

About Rob

Rob holds a Bachelor of Arts and Diploma in Languages from the University of Melbourne and is completing a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) with the University of New South Wales. His focus is on social enterprises and leveraging business to achieved social change. Rob has worked across corporate and operational strategy roles, in digital transformation consulting and has run an ethical travel business.

With his John Monash Scholarship Rob completed a Master of Business Administration at Cambridge University. Through his studies, Rob enhanced his skills to run high-impact, high-growth social initiatives that address Australia’s structural inequalities, with a particular focus on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander rights.

Rob is now the Founder of Grow with Rob where he works with senior leaders in fast growing companies to build the high performing teams and create high products that fuel high growth companies.
