About Stephanie
Stephanie is the founder and CEO of Crayon, a New Zealand startup dedicated to reducing financial stress in the moments that matter. Starting with parental leave, Crayon launched the New Zealand Parental Leave Register and has become the country’s leading authority on parental leave. The company has since expanded to partner with employers across a broader range of financial wellbeing services.

Stephanie’s diverse background spans advocacy, finance, and technology. She founded Capital W, Australia’s first undergraduate business club for women, was a trader at UBS, and served as a strategic leader at SaaS startup Vend. This experience now drives Crayon’s mission to create systemic change in workplace financial support.

As the 2013 NSW Premier’s John Monash Scholar, Stephanie earned her Master of Public Administration (Harvard University) and Master of Business Administration (Wharton).
