About Stephanie
Stephanie is the founder and CEO of Crayon, an NZ startup on a mission to reduce financial stress at critical life events. Focusing initially on the milestone of welcoming a child, Crayon works closely with employers and parents alike to build a better support system for parental leave.Since its inception in mid-2022, Crayon has introduced The New Zealand Parental Leave Register, the Parental Leave Toolkit, and the Financial Baby Prep Program.
Crayon represents the intersection of Stephanie’s career as the founder of the first undergraduate business club for women in Australia Capital W, a trader at UBS and a strategic and operational leader at SaaS startup Vend.
