About Adele

Adele’s journey mirrors that of General Sir John Monash — growing up in regional Australia and building a career across engineering, infrastructure, and energy systems. With experience at Lockheed Martin and now Boston Consulting Group, she is driven to direct Australia’s $3 trillion infrastructure investment toward a reliable, affordable, and sustainable energy future, combining her technical expertise with financial and policy insight through a Master of Science in Climate Change, Management and Finance at Imperial College London.
