About Veronica
Veronica developed her interest in intellectual property law, where science and the law meet, while completing an Advanced Science (Hons I, majoring in molecular and cell biology)/Law (Hons I) degree at UNSW Sydney. During her undergraduate studies, she was awarded both the University Medal in Law and the UNSW Law Valedictorian for 2020. With the support of the John Monash Scholarship, Veronica completed a Master of Law at Cambridge, receiving first class honours. She is an Associate in the Intellectual Property Team at Allens and was previously the associate to the Hon Justice Stephen Burley in the Federal Court of Australia. Veronica is passionate about the interplay between intellectual property law and advances in technology.
