2020 Tim Fairfax John Monash Scholar Nicholas Duddy named as Runner-Up for Neilma Sidney Short Story Prize
We posted last week that 2020 Scholar Nicholas Duddy’s short story 'Six Facts About Monarchs' was shortlisted for the for Overland's Neilma Sidney Short Story Prize. We are very excited to announce that he was named Runner-Up from over 500 entries. The prize awards short fiction of up to 3000 words ‘themed loosely around the notion of travel’ and is open to writers at any stage of their career. The story will be published soon and we will post when it is available for you to read.
